Hi, I’m Conrad—a collaborate leader, a passionate storyteller, and seasoned creative professional. My life has been shaped by a love for people, a commitment to service, and a curiosity about God’s creation. With a background that spans pastoral ministry, leadership development, multimedia, web design, and a couple quirky hobbies, I bring a wide-ranging skill set and a deep sense of purpose to everything I do.
I live in Calgary with my amazing wife, Kelly, and our two awesome boys, Jonas and Theodore. We are each other’s biggest fans… unless we’re on Rainbow Road. All bets are off on Rainbow Road.
Ministry and Leadership
While my vocation has varied over the year, my heart has always been in ministry—in helping people grow in their faith and walk with Christ. I’ve served in a wide array of pastoral roles, from preaching, to leading worship, to guiding small groups, to mentoring young leaders. I have had the privilege of working with incredible teams in diverse church environments, always striving to create spaces where people can encounter the living God and develop His gifts in their lives.
In my current role, I’ve had the opportunity to oversee a number of key areas, including the church facilities & calendar, staff care, communication strategies, and small group minitry. I’m passionate about leadership that equips and empowers others, whether it’s growing volunteer teams, mentoring emerging leaders, or building connections beyond the walls of the church. I work diligently to create environments where people feel supported, valued, and inspired to serve.
Tech and Creativity
Outside of ministry, I have a strong technical side, especially when it comes to web development and multimedia. I’ve worked as a web developer and multimedia (video/audio/print) consultant for a variety of clients—both as an employee and a contractor. I am always excited about the potential for technology to enhance communication and community. Whether it’s designing a church website, creating content, or setting up audio-video for an event, I bring a creative and solutions-oriented approach to every project. Other Hobbies
When I’m not serving at the church or working on tech projects, you can find me on the baseball diamond. I’ve coached Little League for several years, and there’s nothing like the joy of watching young athletes develop their skills, learn teamwork, and have fun. Baseball is more than just a game to me—it’s a reminder of the value of discipline, perseverance, and the power of community. The game so fine, it’s played on diamonds.
And if you want to talk gaming, I’m your guy. I have an extensive collection of consoles from Nintendo, Sony, Atari, and Sega. Retro gaming is a fun hobby that’s deeply nostalgic for me, and it also gives me a chance to share that passion with my kids and anyone else who’s up for a challenge… because there’s hard and then there’s NES HARD. iykyk.
Finally, I am a multi instrumentalist, playing acoustic & electric guitars, bass, keys, and just enough drums to cause trouble as well as singing. I have a small army of guitars, Hayley, Angelica, Hannah, Ella, Olivia, Eleanore, Ember, Leslie, and Paige.

Whether in ministry, technology, or personal passions, my approach is grounded in a few key principles: build relationships, lead with purpose, and inspire others to take action. In ministry, this means creating spaces for people to grow in their faith, whether through Sunday sermons, small groups, or one-on-one mentorship. In tech, it means delivering solutions that are both functional and creative—always keeping the end user in mind.
Above all, I believe in building people up, empowering them to live out their God-given potential. That’s why I’m passionate about leadership, communication, and mentoring. Whether I’m preaching, coding, coaching, or playing with my boys, I’m always looking for ways to bring people together, grow together, and have a little fun along the way.
